Registration fees are for both Fall and Spring play and include:

Cottonwood FC Club Fees and UYSA & District CO OP Fees

Payments can be made with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and ECheck

Registration begins May 17, 2024 for U6 - U8
Registration begins May 23, 2024 for U9 - U12
Registration begins May 31, 2024 for U13 - U19
